Not much to report today. I took grade one and twos for art/ music with Elizabeth and Sophie (mother and daughter from the USA). We made shakers with the kids. Actually I made 50 with paper plates and macaroni before class and the children decorated them. Some of the kids seemed more interested in seeing what was inside the shakers. We then sung songs and shook along to the beat. I then waxed floors the sanding is finished. Jon dug more holes and helped out with sports again.It was Selvy’s birthday so once again all the kids got up and presented various songs they sure like to sing here but not necessarily in tune.
Spanish from 4.30 - 6.30pm. I know zilch. Didn’t do my homework! Jon went salsa dancing in the evening - I bailed. Apparently Jon knows how to lift his feet on the first, second and third beats now!
